Who You Are:

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of our HubSpot platform. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with leadership across sales, marketing, and account management teams to ensure HubSpot is being leveraged effectively to drive business insights and ultimately success. You will lead the design, optimization, automation, training, and reporting efforts to ensure the smooth implementation, constant use and continuous improvement of HubSpot within the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM processes for the Buy-Side/Publisher Sales Team, Account Management, and Marketing, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations within and between teams.

  • Ensure effective utilization of HubSpot CRM across all departments to streamline workflows, enhance team productivity, and improve overall sales, account management and marketing effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, lead generation and operations teams to align HubSpot tools with their respective strategies and needs.

  • Work on automation & data insights, lead efforts to automate processes, design and implement flows within HubSpot, extract and analyze key data insights, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Oversee the creation and implementation of sales pipelines, automation, and workflows within HubSpot to improve sales efficiency and lead conversion.

  • Analyze HubSpot data and generate reports, develop and maintain dashboards to track sales performance, client satisfaction, identify trends, and provide insights to improve team performance.

  • Manage HubSpot integrations with other tools (Apollo, Google Sheets, etc) and ensure seamless data flow between systems.

  • Provide ongoing support as well as develop and deliver training sessions for various stakeholders, including team members and C-level executives on HubSpot usage and best practices.

  • Act as the internal project manager/owner for HubSpot, overseeing its implementation, adoption and continuous improvement across the organization. This includes collaborating with various teams to gather their needs and align processes with business goals.

  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, support sales, marketing, and account management teams to align HubSpot initiatives with organizational objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience managing a HubSpot platform (alternatively, SalesForce or similar) and associated processes, preferably in an ad-tech or sales operations role.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, particularly in the ad-tech buy-side ecosystem

  • Ability to work with data & analytics.

  • Experience with automation, reporting, dashboard development, and pipeline management is a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage projects and programs, particularly those related to software implementation and cross-departmental collaboration.

  • Exceptional communication skills in Russian and English, with the ability to conduct training sessions and convey complex information in simple terms to diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A strong collaborator for partnering closely with internal teams and senior leadership.

  • Excellent written and oral English skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate team members in different time zones, including occasional late-day meetings.
